Dan Campbell Filed Police Report After 49ers Loss…..

Detroit Lions head coach Dan Campbell faced escalating security concerns throughout the 2023 season.

The former NFL tight end has become one of the most popular and influential figures in the State of Michigan.

Regretfully, Campbell experienced repeated instances of harassment as a result of his prior residential address being doxxed.

Consequently, the well-liked head coach made the decision to relocate his family to a secluded area after experiencing hostility following the Dallas Cowboys’ defeat and the shocking NFC Championship game loss to the San Francisco 49ers.

Fox 2 Detroit reports that “As a joke, someone sent a number of contractors to his house to make unnecessary repairs.” Once more, following the 49ers’ defeat in the NFC Championship game the previous season, the harassment increased. The family reported suspicious activity to Bloomfield Township police.

In a statement, the police department said it hoped that people would respect everyone’s right to privacy, even celebrities.

“Everyone’s safety is a top priority for the Bloomfield Township Police Department. Any form of harassment will not be accepted. We hope that everyone would respect people’s and their families’ privacy, including fans.”

Following their leadership of the Lions to their first division title in decades, general manager Brad Holmes and quarterback Cam Campbell both inked new contract extensions in the summer.
