Bengals Already Bracing for Major Absence vs. Chiefs in Week  but we wil give them pepper….

Even though it’s evident to all viewers that the Chiefs are prepared to dominate the Bengals, a bitter foe, in Week 2, Cincinnati’s situation is rapidly getting worse.

Tee Higgins, wide receiver, was not there during Cincinnati’s humiliating defeat by the Patriots. According to Adam Schefter of ESPN, it is probable that he will not play against Kansas City too.

Considering the animosity between these two teams and Higgins’ exceptional skill, the Bengals are severely hurting from this setback.

Playing wide receiver can be negatively impacted by hamstring injuries, which are known to be difficult to treat. Although Schefter’s information suggests Higgins will be gone for at least one more week, the exact duration of his absence is unknown.

Higgins, who is just starting his fifth season in the NFL, is one of the league’s top deep-threat targets with 3,684 receiving yards.

The Chiefs are clearly ahead whether he plays or not. In Week 1, Joe Burrow looked average at best, and the Bengals generally have a painfully poor start to the season. After two weeks under head coach Zac Taylor, they are a dismal 1-10, with little to show for their errors.

At its best, Cincinnati was one of the more dangerous AFC teams, and they should be respected for that. Still, Since defeating the Chiefs to get to the Super Bowl, the Bengals have not played at their best. Kansas City applied the lessons it had learned, but Taylor’s team keeps faltering.

Should Higgins be sidelined, the Chiefs could easily win again and make an arduous schedule appear manageable.
