In a decision on Friday, a court dismissed a lawsuit filed against the city by a beach gear firm in North Myrtle Beach.

In a 30-page ruling, U.S. District Judge Joseph Dawson, III declared that the City of North Myrtle Beach had not broken any antitrust statutes.

In July of 2022, Cherry Grove Beach Gear filed the complaint.
